This discussion questions helped me to crystallize my value proposition and gave me an opportunity to lay out how I plan to work with companies to help them design better teams. In thinking about how ‘digital exhaust’ can be used to look at things like innovation, influence, and efficiency, there is an opportunity to combine that information with strengths and learning style analysis to help organizations design great teams, develop their talent, identify their gaps and recruit for their needs. This artifact is a great example of LO2 and LO3 because it represents a situation where I can utilize the abilities I have acquired through the MSC program to assess complex organizational environments and address help to address their challenges by leading collaboratively.
